Ignacio Llaneza, Vice President of Marketing, Lucas Bols USA & Canada, said, “Consumers aren’t asking bartenders to reinvent the classics; they’re asking them to reinvent the experience. Coconut is one of today’s most versatile cocktail ingredients because it transforms familiar drinks into something guests haven’t tried before.”
The launch comes as tropical flavours continue to gain popularity in cocktails. According to Ground Signal’s 2026 Summer Drinking Season Report, consumer mentions of tropical cocktail flavours rise by 29% during summer, highlighting growing demand. Lucas Bols is leveraging this trend by introducing Bols Coconut through the on-trade, where bartenders can showcase its versatility before its wider retail rollout.
