Hard Truth Distilling Launches Trio of Limited 7-Year Whiskeys

Hard Truth Distilling Co., based in Nashville, has unveiled three limited-edition 7-year-old whiskeys—Sweet Mash Rye, Bourbon, and Wheated Bourbon—marking the brand’s first-ever seven-year age-stated releases. Launching on February 28 at the distillery, the release highlights a major milestone for the Indiana craft producer and showcases the flavor depth that comes with extended aging.

Hard Truth Distilling 7-year-old whiskeys

  • Limited 7-year aged whiskey collection
  • Sweet mash distillation for enhanced grain-forward flavor
  • Crafted from Indiana-grown grains
  • Barrel-selected for richer complexity and balance

Crafted entirely at Hard Truth’s Indiana campus, all three expressions are made using the distillery’s signature sweet mash process, which starts every batch with fresh grains rather than recycled mash. As a result, the whiskeys deliver brighter grain character, layered sweetness, and deeper complexity. Each release is drawn from carefully selected barrels to reflect Hard Truth’s grain-to-glass philosophy.
