Kingfisher Lemon Masala and Mango Berry Twist

United Breweries Ltd. (UBL) has spiced up its Kingfisher portfolio with two new flavoured beers, Lemon Masala and Mango Berry Twist. Launched in Mumbai, Goa, and Daman, the new additions aim to tap into India’s rising demand for flavoured beers, catering to younger drinkers seeking bold and refreshing experiences.

UBL Launches 2 New Kingfisher Flavours

UBL’s latest offerings draw inspiration from the diverse and rich world of Indian street food. The Lemon Masala variant delivers a zesty punch with a hint of spice, while Mango Berry Twist combines fruity sweetness with a tangy twist.

1- Lemon Masala: This variant brings a bold, zesty kick with tangy citrus flavors infused with a hint of masala spice, inspired by the vibrant tastes of Indian street food.
2- Mango Berry Twist: A delightful blend of tropical mango sweetness and a refreshing berry tang, perfect for those who love fruity, unconventional brews.

The new flavours are currently available only in Mumbai, Goa, and Daman, regions known for their experimental and beer-loving audiences. UBL plans to monitor consumer response before launching the variants nationwide. Vikram hinted that more unique flavours are already in development but emphasised the importance of perfecting the current offerings first.

Vikram Bahl, UBL’s Chief Marketing Officer
According to Vikram Bahl, UBL’s Chief Marketing Officer, these flavours resonate with consumers looking for exciting and unconventional beer options. “We wanted to reflect India’s culinary identity in our products,” Vikram shared. “After extensive testing, these two stood out as crowd favourites, especially among younger demographics.”

India’s beer market is witnessing a surge in flavoured options, mirroring global preferences. According to industry reports, younger consumers increasingly favour beers with distinct, non-traditional flavours over classic lagers. With Kingfisher’s strong brand legacy, the company seems poised to capture a significant share of this growing segment.
