Launching ahead of Dry January, it answers rising demand for refined zero-proof options without compromising on flavour or ritual.

Designed for elevated mocktails, 0.0 Indigo delivers citrus brightness, gentle spice, and floral lift. It is made with all-natural flavours including juniper, grapefruit, and butterfly pea flower, balanced with cane sugar and filtered water. While alcohol-free, the blending process follows the same careful approach used in Empress 1908’s gins. The packaging retains the brand’s distinctive, premium look, with the familiar indigo colour as its visual anchor. Innovation lies in translating a complex gin profile into a convincing zero-proof format.
